Like You’ve Never Seen it Before…
Downtown Beaumont will come alive with pink and teal for one Saturday in October, and we’re planning on dressing up the town like you’ve never seen it. Please join us, and be a part of the annual phenomenon that brought 6,500 Southeast Texans together last year to celebrate survivorship, and raise awareness of breast, ovarian and other gynecological cancers. We promise an experience unlike any other in Southeast Texas.
Keep it Local
All funds raised by the Gift of Life stay right here in Southeast Texas where we can directly impact the lives of our local community! Registration is even easier this year, and just by participating and raising funds, you may be saving the life of your mailman, your neighbor, or maybe just the nice woman behind you at the grocery store. Register by September 20 to guarantee yourself all items, including a race bag, color pouch, t-shirt, glasses, and medallion.
The Social Scene
Follow the Gift of Life on Twitter, or like us on Facebook, for updates about the many activities we’ll feature on race day! We’ll keep you updated on fundraising, additional entertainment, great prizes, registration contests, and more!
We’re so excited that so many participants gave freely of both their money and time last year, helping us raise over $60,000. This year, we want to reward those who help us save lives, and we’re going to have some great milestone prizes to help us do that. We’ll release more information soon, and we can’t wait to share what we’ve got planned to reward our fundraisers! We've also got special recognition in store for our top teams, so get your friends, family and coworkers together now, and get a head start!
Colors and Costumes Galore
In 2013, we had a race course so full of special costumes, crazy wigs, and team uniforms that we were hard-pressed to keep track of them all. This year, we welcome them all back, and hope to see even more! Start your team right here, invite your friends and family, raise money for cancer screenings, treatment, and awareness, and have a great time doing it!
